Scratch It is an instant lottery game operated by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). It involves scratching a play area on a ticket to reveal a winning symbol or pattern equivalent to a cash prize that is paid to the player immediately.
There are two (2) price points for ScratchIt tickets: P20 with prizes of up to P200,000 and P50 which can win up to P500,000!
To play, simply scratch off the play area on your ticket to reveal the symbols underneath. If you match three winning symbols in a row, you win the corresponding prize. The prize amount is printed on the right side of the ticket.
Some Scratch It games also have a bonus area. If you reveal a winning symbol in the bonus area, you can multiply your prize by the number indicated. For example, if you win P100 and reveal a “3x” symbol in the bonus area, you win P300 instead.
Scratch It tickets can be purchased from any authorized PCSO retailer. You must be 18 years of age or older to play.

PCSO e-lotto is a proposed online lottery system by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). It would allow bettors to place bets on lotto games through a mobile app or website. The system is still under development, and there is no timeline for its launch.
The PCSO Online Lottery has said that e-lotto would be more convenient for bettors, as they would not have to go to a physical lotto outlet to place their bets. It would also allow the PCSO to reach a wider audience of bettors, including those who live in remote areas or who have difficulty getting to a lotto outlet.
However, there are also concerns about the potential impact of e-lotto on minors and other vulnerable groups. Some critics have also argued that e-lotto would make it easier for people to gamble excessively.
In October 2023, the House of Representatives committee on games and amusement recommended the approval of a bill prohibiting online placing of bets for all lotto games. The bill is still awaiting approval by the full House of Representatives and the Senate.
